2018 Annual General Meeting - including agenda

The Royal Paddocks Allotments’ 2018 AGM will be held on Thursday 15th November at the Hampton Wick Royal Cricket Club, Bushy Park. The doors (and the cricket club’s excellent bar) will open at 7.30 pm, for an 8 pm start. We hope that as many of you as possible can make it (we need at least 40 to be quorate).

If you have any items for the agenda, please post a note in the letterbox in the shed by the gate or e-mail by 25th October 2018 to plotholderscommittee@paddocks-allotments.org.uk. Please note that the Bonfire Ban/Incinerator and Roads are already on the agenda.

Nominations for Plotholder Committee members, to be elected at the AGM, should be submitted by 30th October 2018. Anyone who wishes to put themselves forward must be proposed and seconded by two plotholders (forms are in the café and on the table in the shed by the pedestrian gate). Please return forms by posting them in the shed letterbox or give them to the committee member on Sunday office duty.
